OUR PROGRESS

Milestones to Date

In a year of unprecedented pressure on global health, our network grew, our health programs reached more patients, and the case for our model only grew stronger. Moreover, we ended 2025 with a number of all-time milestones:

5,000+
active sites across 5 countries

Our network continued to grow, spanning 5 countries across Africa.

150M
products tracked since 2017

Our point-of-sale software has tracked millions of sales across our network.

63M
patient visits to date

Including a record 25.6 million in 2025 alone — the everyday work of pharmacies and clinics.

1.2M
patients in our programs

Verified, reimbursed care delivered across multiple health areas.

4
health areas

Malaria, HIV, women's health, and vision — with TB launching in 2026.

90%
of antimalarial use tracked

Maisha ACT — Africa's largest antimalarial tracker — spans 40+ countries.

A blueprint for domestic financing

Lagos State adopted our malaria program into its own budget, marking a transition from donor-funded to government-financed care.

Our first Global Fund award

The Ugandan government selected us to scale malaria care and HIV prevention through private pharmacies, drug shops, and clinics nationwide.
