To make this work, our patient programs are built on three ingredients:
We operate end-to-end supply chains that can track health products from "port to patient" to ensure reliable access to care. From the moment we procure a product, we apply unique serialization codes so they can be tracked to the last mile. We work with warehouse and logistics partners to get these products—tests, medicines, glasses—to pharmacies as soon as they order them. This system is designed to reduce waste, prevent stockouts, and ensure that quality-assured products are available when patients need them.
For the patient, the experience is simple by design. They visit a pharmacy in our network, provide basic information to get enrolled, and receive quality care at a set price. Everything else happens behind the scenes.
